About the organization
The Nordic Society for Vascular Anomalies (NSVA) is an organization for health professionals involved in research and treatment of vascular anomalies.The term “Vascular anomalies” refers to a large group of different clinical conditions that are caused by pathological growth and development of blood vessels and lymphatic vessels. Patients with vascular anomalies often are chronically disabled and in need of continuous treatment and support. Our ambition is to be in the forefront of scientific and therapeutic advances regarding research and treatment of vascular anomalies.
